This exercise right here was my savior during my 3 week tour to Sydney. My body is really used in working out a 30 minute circuit in the gym 3x a week as a main heavy exercise (been doing it for 2 years now) and traveling to Sydney was kind of a big deal for me because I have to pause for a while in doing the routine and I didn't actually want that. So I searched for a short time no equipment exercise to be a substitute for my routine and can be easily done with my busy tour schedule. I did this one linked here on Youtube and trust me, its a short exercise but its totally effective! I did it everyday before starting the day and yes! its a good exercise. Recommended! Love it!
