I am sharing a thought about exercise since it helped me in a big way and not only for myself but also for my family and friends, so why not to everybody? right? Being fit is important, its not vanity or about superficial but its about being healthy and confident about one self. When you are healthy and confident, everything that is good follows! I discovered this fact a few years ago when I was lazy in exercise, i was a chubby chic girl and was feeling really really negative about fatty comments, it affected my performance and productivity as a total. I am so thankful to my friend Yrah, who was a gym instructor by then because without her, I wouldn't be able to discover this kind of exercise. Being in the business Industry with all the run around is a very hard situation to insert in a regular exercise routine or regular gym. So with my friend yrah, she invited me in to engage in her sessions of circuit training (thou I don't have any idea what was that that time but it actually is a short time continuous exercise that has an after burn effect of 24 to 48 hours which is great!). That time, I realized it was pretty hard to do it and I can really feel the muscle pain caused by the exercise, but on the other hand, I also realized that feeling that pain, sweating a lot, and having a hard time to do a short time exercise is a sign that I am not physically healthy and am drowning in fats fats fats which everybody knows is not good. So with that, with just two weeks I already saw and felt the effect of it (btw been doing it 3x a week on my first few months, not advisable to do it everyday because it has an after burn). And with that I decided to dedicate myself into it, since it was very convenient for my work time, can do it in spare times for at least 2x a week. It was grateful for me that as early as one month, people starts to notice that I am losing weight! I cant believe that thou its a heavy exercise. So as time passes by, many people are asking me about my exercise secret and I am open to teach them about it! but with all this this and that, I have seen that the problem in keeping fit is the attitude and discipline that one is giving in. By now, I have been doing it for 2yrs now, not stopping and made it a weekly ritual. And I am loving it, my sister and other friends are also doing the same thing which is a big deal! I also want them to be healthy and fit! Train yourself people with this exercise if you want a good condition! I want to share this to all of you guys so I'll post a sample thirty minute circuit exercise here on my blog! I hope you'll like it and if you do, please do share about it and make everyone better!
